Prometabolic(ish) Costco Haul

i LOVE a good costco shop…know why?
.
costco’s prices are ALWAYS the lowest on items they stock. ALWAYS.
.
we try to buy as much of our meat, dairy, and produce locally but organic dried goods and fruit are harder to get locally (and affordably!) enter costco.
.
here’s what to look for:
sprouted grain
organic flour/pasta
organic chips with few ingredients (plantain chips are plantains, coconut oil, and salt!)
organic produce and dried/frozen fruit
wild caught seafood
100% grassfed beef (not just grassfed, but 100%)
organic chicken (if you can’t find/afford pastured)
organic sweeteners like raw honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar, etc…
.
we shop once every few weeks and only buy what we KNOW we’ll eat. no impulse buys at costco otherwise you’ll never get rid of it!
.
i’m always curious (and jealous)…what does YOUR costco have!? i’ve heard that some costcos have our favorite harmless harvest coconut water which would be AMAZING…
